I rebuilt the Eng. of a 1993 Dodge caravan 3.3 about a year...

I rebuilt the Eng. of a 1993 Dodge caravan 3.3 about a year ago and my oil pressure was in the third line of four, last week I hit something in the road  and the oil pan  began to leak I also notice that the oil pressure fall to the first line and some times go back to the second line but all ways back to the first line I fix the oil pan and change the oil pump, Any ideas as what is wrong
