...get my pictures of of Data File Segment every time...

How do i get my pictures of of Data File Segment every time i open my Cd it always has these folders there instead of my pictures.....CDI folder....EXT folder...MPEGAV folder...SEGMENT folder...VCD folder....if you could help me out here i'dreally appricate it very much..this CD has my new born grandbaby and i dont want to lose them..i'll try anything to open them ...
