I am sixteen years old and really want a tattoo. My parents say it's alright if I get one,Unfortunately, I live with my step brother pretty far away. Technically he is my legal gardian right now so would he beable to bring me to get it done?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that would be ok. They say "parental consent" because most people under 18 will be living with their parents, although technically it's "parent or legal guardian".

i got my first tattoo at 16. i think there are a lot of things you can do at 16 that will affect your life permanently, i think a tattoo is probably one of the less lethal/dire choices  you can make.
if you don't like it later you can have it removed or do what i did and go over with with a tattoo you like better

I know persons who got a tattoo at a young age and now that they are older and live changes as you get older and they are so sorry they every got the tattoo.  Now it will cost them a lot of money to get it removed and removing is way more painful than getting one.

what the hell your a little baby and you want a tattoo cuz your 16!!!!!! cuz I'm 21 and think that tattoos are for people that got nothing to do with their body...anyway i hope you know that a tattoo is 4 life ...even when you old and you are going to get old..your not always going to look the way you look someday your going to be 65 and your skin isn't going to look young the way it looks now but is up to you your the one thats going to get one but if i were you i wouldn't but if i was you brother i wouldn't let you get a tattoo...but thats just me let me know what he say....
