yes, i have a 5yr old kid backhome. I'm not citizen yet i've been here at US 4 yrs. i wanted to file custody and file petition for her because it's hard to be away. Is there anyway i could talk to immigration about my rights and how is the process of everything if i file petition for her.thank you so much hope you can give me advice.
