In the season 9 episode entitled A Thousand Cranes a song played at the end that I simply cannot remember.  It starts with piano music and is sung by a man while Susan is dropping the cranes off the bridge, Pratt is sitting alone is his apartment and Abby and her mother are saying their goodbyes.  Can you please tell me the name of the song and artist...???
