Does anyone know why Llhasa pups are so attracted to plants....

Does anyone know why Llhasa pups are so attracted to plants. Both Indoor ones and outdoor one.  Since we got Molly (12 weeks old) until now (11 months old) she takes bites out of my plants. This summer I will not have any flowering plants outdoors if this keeps up. She does not respond to the word NO or Bad
