I adopted a baby female chow at 7 weeks.  I knew the breeder, who lives with my chow's father and mother chows.  I bonded very early with her as I visited their home each day.  She is now 4 1/2 months and when my son gets home she is very aloof to me.  To the point she literally is attached to him and when he lies down in bed she sits on top of his chest and licks and moans as she kisses him relentlessly.  My problem is that I am her master, with her 24/7 and who responsibly walks her 3 X per day, feeds and grooms her as well as plays and trains her. My second problem is that my son's girlfriend gets very jealous of chow's attachment to my son.  My chow also makes sure that anything belonging to her gets ripped, broken or shredded (leather purses, cell phones, clocks, designer jeans, etc.)  This behavior is strictly related only to his girlfriend, who also has had chow soil on her bed-covers.  Any suggestions to what is going on with chow and recommendations to my course of action?
