IBM F50/595 host computers with AIX 4.2 and 4.1.2.

Our system came with 3rd party device drivers for a MicroTouch touch screen. Have been handed a Planar Flat panel and installation CD with software for windows and reference to Lunix. I don't know if it's possible to upgrade to this system but where are and how are third party device drivers installed?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
