Hello, I'd like to add a restaurant that we added to the Ames Iowa Campustown scene about five months ago. The restaurant is The Flying Burrito - a big, custom made burrito sort of place that a lot of vegetarians and vegans like a lot. Our kitchen size alone ensures all of our food is fresh and everything we make is vegetarian (well-except the meat of course). We serve a vegetarian version of Chorizo Sausage made in-house with tofu and imitation beef crumbles, fennel seeds and chipolte peppers. But actually a lot of vegetarians just like all the other options like wild rice, peppers and onions, free guacamole in place of the meat or cilantro and fresh juiced lime. And it's cheap.
