i got my piercing about a week ago and i have to remove it...

i got my piercing about a week ago and i have to remove it allready =( my work said i could have it (before i got it done( .. but they later on said i couldnt have it ... bastards .... i was wondering if i removed it would it get infected easily since it hasnt fully healed and how long would it take for the hole to close up .... but in general wat would happen if i removed it so soon??
