i would like two wire my garage FD r 240volts .i have a new 200 amp disconnect and panel.my question is can i come of the line feed after the meter and splice kit before the disconnect breaker in the box with 2/0 aluminum underground wire in 1"1/4 pvc to my garage with a 100 amp service panel. i know i can come off my panel in house, but it would be much easier to h/u at the side of my house and not cut up concrete 6" thick.is it ok to splice off my feed wires coming in my disconnect panel with the right lug connectors.i will only be running a 220 air compressor and welder pulling no more than 40amps at one time
