My son had his heater repaired(was blowing cold air)Some  controller or module under the heater area was replaced.Now he does not have power locks or dome light(fuse blows out as soon as it is replaced).The mechanic sayes this problem was not caused by him(but it was)Car is a 2000 chrysler cirrus 4 cyl aut.low milage.
