I want to put two 20 amp circuits in the garage.  Panel is in garage.  Plenty of room in panel.  Is it OK to use one 12-3 wire and use the same/single white/neutral wire to support both hot wires and terminate them in a double circuit breaker at the box.  Or, must I install two 12-2 wires....?
