Blower fan only works on high on my 96 cirrus, the 3 lower speeds don't work. I've checked fuses/relays but didn't find any problems. Any suggestions?

THE RHEOSTAT IS BAD ASK YOUR  DODGE PARTS MAN WHERE IT LOCATED

the blower motor resistor is bad and you can replace it-but if occurs again you will have to change the fan motor as it is drawing to much juice

In the blower motor resistor, is a $2 diode that does not diode any longer. If you are the type, just replace the Diode
