I have a 98 dodge ram 1500 and i keep losing oil pressure...

I have a 98 dodge ram 1500 and i keep losing oil pressure and then the gauge will come back up then loose it again. Also my speed gauge wont work until you hit about 35 mph. Someone told me that the rear speed sensor would fix all of the problems.Can someone tell me if that is true or what i need to do.
