RB0-RB3 ARE DEFINED OUTPUT
RB4-RB7 ARE DEFINED INPUT
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I OUT '0FH' TO P.B?

rb7:rb4 will remain the same b'cos it is configured as input. if there is internal pulls-up enable, it will stay at high even you have out '0f' to p.b.
