1992 Plymouth Laser, Hard to Start

I have a 1992 Plymouth Laser 2.0L DOHC, It is a very good car, but it takes  30 minutes or so to get it started when it is cold, but once it is started it is fine.  Do you have any idea what may be wrong with it? If you don't mind please email me with your suggestion, i_luv_vw_bugs@email.com     Thanks A lot   -Robin-
