My chihuahua will be a year old in less than a week and she has never had a heat cycle, is this normal? If not, what could be the cause?
And another question I have is about her runny eyes, they are always watering, I was wondering if that meant she was sick, or is it normal? If anyone can help with any of my questions that would be great, thanks.
