My dog has cronic itching on her arm pits, ears, face, and paws she itches until she bleeds or gets a ear infection.  She also has flacky skin like she has dandruf.  I have taken her to the vet many times and she is only 2 years old.  We have tried different types of foods and nothing works.  Is there anything else I can do to make her better?
