hi. just this past saturday me and my husband adopted a small puppy from the local animal shelter. on his paperwork it says he is an australian shepherd. his body is mostly all black with his legs and fact all speckely with white and gray. they estimated that he is approx. two and a half month old but he's really small. he was originally a stray and i think he wasnt fed well cause he literally inhales his food! ive looked at pictures of puppy aussie's and mine isnt quite as fluffy so im wondering if he's a mix. is it possible that he's not fluffy because he wasnt fed well? his belly also gets very bloated when he eats. is this something i should be concerned about or will it die down once he gets on a regular feeding schedule? ive never had a dog this breed before, so im not quite sure what to expect. thanx.
