I got a ticket for violating the carpool lane getting onto the Bay Bridge for having only 2 people in my car and the requirement is 3. The code for the ticket is 21665.5b and it is marked as an infraction. I just want to know if this is going to put a point on my driving record and if it will make my insurance go up? If so do I have to go to court to request traffic school to clear it off?
