I uninstalled the RealDownload player but whenever i boot...

I uninstalled the RealDownload player but whenever i boot the system i get a error message i.e(The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'realdownload.ink.' refers to is unavailable) on my win2000 OS, since i cant use "msconfig" command on win 2000 could any one help me out with this problem.
