I have a 13 year old cat that likes spending time outdoors spring and summer.  The neighbor has called animal control on him twice complaining that he poops on his lawn.  What can I do to keep my cat away from his yard?  If I get hauled into court what are my chances since there is a city ordinance requiring cats and dogs to be kept on property?
