95' Lebaron convertible 6 cyl - 135k miles. Just bought...

95' Lebaron  convertible   6 cyl - 135k miles. Just bought it, it runs smooth , idles fine, but I smell fuel, no leaks found -  code # 43   /   failed emissions for high  CO  ( 101gpm ) & HC ( 2.53 ) normal score 12.00 & 0.80. Change the oil & filter, air filter , change the plugs -two were gaped at # 38 - the rest at # 40 - new ones are at # 44-  new PVC valve , 02 sensor- checked all the vacum hoses. any and all help will be greatly appreciated
