This is not a question but a correction: The Japanese education system for teaching English is so bad, after six years of learning English, few Japanese students can actually speak any English. I know this because I teach English in Japan. Unless you have taught English day in and day out for almost 4 years in Japan, don't make broad, ignorant assertions based on wishful thinking, i.e., Japanese can speak English after 2 years of classroom instruction. Language is not a matter of genetics, but environment, culture, and personal motivation. I study Japanese almost everyday, and while I can have a decent conversation, the two things holding me back to fluency is shyness, and a lack of opportunity to practice-since I'm teaching English all day.
