I have made a sweet pineapple wine.  It is quite carbonated and continuing to get more so despite addition of compden tablets and yeast stabilizer.  I bottled in champagine bottles with screw on cork tops.  Will it break the bottles?  Will it stop on its own?  What should I do to ensure by bottles don't explode?
