I WOULD LIKE TO PUT A PASSWORD ON MY BUREAU CREDIT ACCOUNTS...

I WOULD LIKE TO PUT A PASSWORD ON MY BUREAU CREDIT ACCOUNTS WITH ALL CREDIT BUREAUS SO THAT MY CREDIT CANNOT BE CHECKED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION PASSWORD, HELD ONLY BY ME.  HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING MY ACCOUNT FLAGGED WITH THIS PASSWORD OR ID NUMBER?
