At what age can you tell how big a chi will be as an adult? ...

At what age can you tell how big a chi will be as an adult?  Do they pretty much quit growing at 6 months, like other breeds?  My 5 month old female is 4.5 pounds and kind of tall and lanky.  If she doesn't become overweight is this basically what she will look like as an adult?  Thank you so much.  Love this site.
