I have an 8 week old pit pup that was found discarded in a bag along w/his litter mates in a wooded area here in Philadelphia. He was only 2 lbs when I got him and had a severe case of pneumonia. My vet prescribed augmentin and plenty-o' rest, etc. He's doing much better, but I was wondering if you had any suggestions on a type of formula I could give him that would put muscle/bulk on him?? Everytime I ask someone at at vet office or pet store, they always assume, because of the breed, that I'm some sicko that's trying to bulk this tiny guy up for the fighting ring. I'm already giving him "Pet Tabs", but there must some sort of a formula out there. He now weighs 6 lbs (this is 4 weeks later). thanks for your help and understanding. Beverly
