I have a knocking noise in my 98 Plymouth Breeze.  It occurs when I go to turn to the right or left and it makes a "clunking" sound.  It appears that U have to turn the sterring wheel in one direction and then when U return it to the opposite direction, U hear the "clunk".  I have replaced both front wheel bearings, lower ball joints, sway-bar links, a tie-rod end, etc, but to no avail.  I also hear a ticking noise that appears to be in the driver's side wheel like a plastic card ticking when attached to the spokes on a bike wheel.  HELP!!!!
