I lost my second child, Michael at the age of 18 months. As a grieving mother of 7 years,I still have a difficult time answering the following question when first meeting a new person. How many children do you have? I sometimes exclude my son, and answer only 2. But, my heart breaks if I am not honest with these strangers. But when I do, I recieve a look of discomfort, and I feel akward. Can you help me by giving me some advise in how to deal with this question. I love and miss my son everyday, but I still have a problem addressing this.
