how old do you have to be in alabama to get
your navel and nippels pierced.

i duno but in uk its 16 and it dnt hurt i got them both dun

You have to be 18 in all states to get a piercing, some places will allow you to get a piercing if your parent/legal guardian is with you and signs a permission slip (but they're not really supposed to pierce minors). If you are a girl (I'm assuming you are because you want your navel pierced and I've never known a guy to get his navel pierced) you CANNOT get your nipple pierced not even with your parent there (because of laws regarding adults, minors, private parts, exposure, molestation, etc.)
