1998 Cavalier runs hot the steering gets a little hard and makes a noise. It has not over heated.It runs hot when the A/C is Not on The tempature needle will move over about 3/4. I have had the themostat replace and the belt all fluids are fine.also the A/C fuse keeps blowing.Any suggestions?

have the water pump check that has to do with your cooling system.
