i(dentist) had come to USA  to visit my brother,for 3 months still sept. iam married ,my husband is an indian  and staying in europe right now, both of us want to settle in USA,can u please tell me in what way shall i convert my Visiting visa to working visa or student visa..?

Hi.My name is Muhedin Billy Sahic,I have sister who is recidante of USA.She have Alien card and SSN .
Alien card #A071706446 her card EXP:06/17/07
SSN:294-98-2192
Her name is Merisa Sahic.She left USA 1997and she was 15 years old she was not unable to make decision to stay in USA because she was under age.She wanna stay but my and her mother make decision to go back in Bosnia.Now she is grow women 24 years old who still love USA and like to come back.She is  marryed seperate and she have a child 4 years old.Please send me info about her chance to come back in USA.
On her Alien card her last name is Sahic but now her last name is Ortas because she is not devorse.
