I couldn't tell how they worked. It has a bingo card at the top. It looks like the card zeros out each spin. I think when the reals stop the three pictures tells it what you get for bingo(Sometimes nothing) You get red squares in a pattern. Then it goes away and then some different squares are dark?

In general, Indian Casinos are not as regulated as you might think. When they are required to report to a gaming commission is is usually superficial, with conflicts of interest and under-staffing the norm. Market forces are, apparently, the dominant controlling factors. With regard to your question, it would depend on the specific manufacturer and model of the slot machine. Most used today are electronic and use a variation on a theme of the RNG.

I don't think that they do because the same lines on the bingo cards are the ones that the bingo shows up on and any fool knows that the same line does not bingo two times in a row.

This one is easy. To get slot machines to work you need an old blue haired woman who chainsmokes and glares at anyone who comes near the machines on either side of her. You give her a large paper bucket full of quarters and presto you are in business. If you can't find an old lady like this any mid-westerner will do.

The machines work under a state law, called a compact. It is an agreement made between the state and the gaming tribes. The compact details the types of machines, the number of machines, and the payout percentages for each casino. It is set up and governed much the same as it is in Las Vegas, Reno, and Atlantic city.
