I have a $1000 confederate war bond dated Feb 17th,1864.It has a guy riding a horse in the middle of it.I was wondering if you could tell me the value of this.

I have one just like it. The guy on the horse is Andrew Jackson, it's a rendering of his equestrian statue in Jackson Square, New Orleans. One appraiser I had look at it in 1997 placed its value at $1200, since it only had one interest coupon clipped.
