change the trigger level of the receiver FIFO in serial.
I'm working with pcPentium.
I have serial which is 16550 compatible.
I'm using the i8250Sio driver.
I'm trying to change the trigger level of the receiver FIFO, so I will have interrupt every 4 byte coming in. and not every one byte coming in- The current situation.
After the driver has been initialized I write to the IIR
sysOutByte 0x3f8+2,0x41 //enable the fifo and change the trigger level to 4.
I can see the FIFO is enable, still i get Interrupt every one byte coming in.
