I came across a bill green on front and gold on back, everyone I ask that is a professional claims it was bleached. I have tried to duplicate it with everything I can think of, first with bleach,  nothing seems to have any effect on the green ink. How can you change the color ink on one side without effecting the other side.I looked at it with a jeweler glass and it has the blue and red fibers in the paper but they haven't changed color so much for chemical alteration.I will really be shocked if anyone can answer this question. I would really like to know how someone did this. When I tell someone what I have they say they have never heard of anything like it but if I show a picture them they suddenly have seen lots of them but they can't produce a single one. If it is a novelty item then I think human nature is to hang on to it. Well if anyone has the answer lets hear it so I can make one too.
