Why does Auto Gas gum things up as it get old. I see not...

Why does Auto Gas gum things up as it get old.
I see not problem with Aviation Gas.
I been thinking about runing my power tools
on avia gas. I been using fuel stabalizer but I still have problem each spring time in my mowers, mulcher and rototiller.
