Ethics question on addition of commercial hotel on final waiver document ,as heir to insured and establiishing immunity for future torts. Is this common to add a new name  at the last minute, and explain that the inclusion of this new party is a coincidence. My attorney said it was not relevant, and that it would hokd up settlement for another year,I was a victim of a hiot and run accident and have 40,000 in medical and surgeries. Also I have not seen the description or actual policy,so I am trusting my attny.word on the limits of policy
