I WAS PARKED AT A FRIEND'S HOUSE DROPPING HIM OFF AFTER WORK. WE HAD JUST PURCHASED DRUG'S BUT A PASSERBY NOTICED MY FRIEND PUTTING SOME OF BAG A INTO BAG B. SHE WALKED ON DOWN THE BLOCK AND A POLICE CAR HAPPENED BY WHICH SHE FLAGGED DOWN AND TOLD THE OFFICER THAT THOSE GUY'S IN THE GRAY CAR ARE DOING DRUG'S. THE POLICE PULLED UP BEHIND ME AND QUESTIONED ME ABOUT THE ACCUSATION FROM THE GIRL. HE THEN PUT ME IN CUFF'S AND PLACED ME IN THE BACK OF THE PATROL CAR. HE TOLD ME I WAS BEING DETAINED NOT ARRESTED. HE AND HIS PARTNER THEN PROCEEDED TO SEARCH MY AUTO WITH OUT ASKING ME IF IT WAS OK TO SEARCH IT. THEY FOUND THE PACKAGE OF DRUG'S AND THEN ARRESTED ME, READING ME MY RIGHTSAND TAKING ME TO JAIL.
