no, it is a natural occurance and if you were to find away i wouldnt say it would be right or fair for whatever animal your bringing round.
Plese if your thinking about breeding, rember there are hundreds of thousands of animals already thousands of animas in shelters, please dont contribute to the problems.

i have a toy poodle and she came in season tuesday march 8... How long will she be in heat and how long will she bleed? she is is about 7 months old now...
