I just inherited the copyrights to my grandfather & great-grandfather's manuscripts, they both wrote and published their works in the Philippines. They are both US citizens and I know their works are not yet in Public Domain and yet, copies of book co-authored by my great-grandfather is being offered online by a website in Norway. The book was written by three individuals and it has been less than fifty years since they died. What grounds do I have to collect royalty fees and legal actions I must pursue to protect the copyrights I just inherited. The authors are Americans, the book was published in the Philippines during the American Occupation and the book is currently published and marketed in Norawy without consent from any of the author's next of kin. The book is:

The Superstitions of the Ifugao Igorots. Translation by H. O. Beyer, J. M. Garvan and E. B. Christie of the unfinished 19th century manuscript about Kiangan mythology, originally published in 1912 in Spanish.
