My OPT and Florida driver licence expire July 3rd. I need to use my 60 days grace period. How can one use the grace period without a valid driver licence? What should I do?

Dear people.I will be appreciate the help could you give to mi with my problem over here .I use to live in Fla for about 20 years, my last adress where 61-75 W 20Av.apt 105 Healeah Fla 33012. The number of my drive licence is RT42-53657-268 venced in 1992. Well I lost all my ID here so I need if you could send me my record of my licence because I lost my Birth Certificate and I had my first drive licence in 11-18-1980 I born in Manati Pto Rico the day 07-28-18957. And now I´m here in Venezuela with alot of problem for missing my ID.MY Email is icalon@hotmail.com and the other is luisrobles07@yahoo.es;Thaks so much for your att:.. to my regard.
