u can use traceability matrix to find out how much functionality covered by you up to now

No it is not sure, whether u covered all the requirements, by using traceability matrix only we would be able to confirm that the test cases match all the requirements.

here u have to consider risk analysis, as per your experience, thinking... in this scenario , u have to considered the basic smoke functionality 1 st of that requirement & then considered rest other things
