My husband and I both have Green Card. We have been married since Jan. 2004. He is eligible to apply citizenship this year. I have been in permanent residence status since 2002. How soon can I apply my citizenship? If my husband receives his citizenship in 2005, can I apply in 2005 since I have been in PR status for 3 years?
Thanks.
