Does Ca have reciprocity for drivers license with Indiana? My son moved there last week and I received the notice yesterday that his license was suspended here as "habitual." What will be the penalty if he is stopped there while driving with a suspended Indiana license? Thank you

Does Kentucky have reciprocity for drivers in Indiana? My son lost his license in Indiana and was wondering if he moved to Kentucky could he get a license there, and would he be legal when he went back to Indiana to visit his family?
