I got my nostril pierced last week with I gun - didn't know that was a bad idea at the time. Can I use different gauges of jewelry once it's healed or do I have to stick with the 20 gauge? I'm not even sure if it is 20 gauge, but I think that's what the gun uses. I got it done in Iceland, otherwise I would call.

the best thing is to get it checked by another piercing shop to make sure that it was done correctly and if so, what gauge it is... u might have to take it out and get it re-pierced when its healed... most of the sites where people tell about their piercings have had their nose first done with a gun and got really infected... check out these sites, they have good info on after care so it wont be as bad
