What is the best way to litter train our new Yorkie?  Can he still go outside while we are litter training him?

will i would not put then out side to potty train. i wound mess them up. as long as you make sur he is pooping in the litter and peing i would be fin

my yorkie is about 3 months old, i was wondering how i could train him to go to the bathroom on the wee wee pad and to stop biting my hands and feet?
