i have a female Yorkshire terrier dog at home and she had 2-3 puppies sometimes they would have 4!... but not more than that because of their small weight and height!

I just got my baby from an 8lb. mother and a 5lb. father and she was in a litter of 6!!! Yes, 6! I think that was a big litter and out of the norm.

depending on the size of your yorky and how many times your dog has mated is how many puppies you will get the more times they mate the more puppies you will get

MY YORKIE IS A 7LB DOG AND COMES FROM A 7LB MOTHER AND FATHER AND THE LITTER SHE WAS BORN IN THERE WERE 15 PUPPIES ACTUALLY 16 BUT ONE DIED. SO THEY CAN HAVE HOWEVER MANY THEY CAN CARRY DEPENDING ON THE DOG

my little yorkshire terrier who only normally weighs in at4lbs, gave birth to six healthy pups!

My pure bred yorkie just had 6 pups. We lost one yesterday. They are a week old today. The one we lost was the runt. She was too weak to eat and when she did get on a nipple she would be pushed away by the bigger ones. We bottle fed her and everything but she didn't make it....very sad!

I have a border collie and she is in season at the moment. I really want her to have pups- how many would she have? Is it the bigger the dog the more pups she has??
